Ekopil through the years.

2000

Launch of business operations. Beginning of building experience in technical and production works for the industry.

2005

Transformation into a company. Organizing the organizational structure and preparing the company for the execution of larger projects.

2014

Relocation of headquarters and launch of the design department. Expanding competencies to include in-house design and development of engineering facilities.

2017

Establishment of the sales department. Strengthening client relationships and organizing the quoting and project service processes.

2018

Expansion into laser metal cutting and bending. Formation of the Ropro company. Expanding the technological offer and increasing production independence.

2020

Implementation of PN-EN ISO 3834-3 and PN-EN 1090-2 standards. Formal confirmation of the quality of welding and structural processes.

2021

Implementation of ISO 9001 and ERP system. Expansion of the machinery park with the DMF 180 machine. Standardization of processes and increase in production efficiency.

2022

Acquisition of the “Stalmet” steel wholesaler. Commencement of production using a robotic welding station. Integration of material supplies and automation of processes.

2023

Expansion of the production hall and expansion into abrasive blasting (Sciteex PC-CL 1244). Further increase in production capacity and surface quality control.

2024

Investment in the Neway PM2560HA large-scale machining center. Expanding the capabilities for executing projects with large dimensions and weight.

At Ekopil, systems of good practices, requirements, and methods ensuring repeatable, high quality of products and processes are based on recognized quality standards. These include general quality management standards as well as regulatory norms regarding welding processes and structural execution.

The implementation of current standards allows for full control of welding processes, personnel qualification, and systematic documentation at every stage of execution. Consequently, Ekopil ensures the compliance of products with legal and technical requirements and the ability to legally place products on the European Union market, guaranteeing their safety, repeatability, and high quality.
