The initial contact serves to understand the general project goal as well as the technical and business context. At this stage, we determine the problem the client is facing, their expectations, and the conditions under which the planned installation will operate. This is the moment to verify whether the project scope falls within our competencies and if we can offer real value.

Data Collection

We gather detailed technical information: documentation, standard requirements, environmental conditions, spatial constraints, the schedule, and operational assumptions. The more accurate the input data, the lower the risk of errors in subsequent stages.

Pre-implementation Analysis

Based on the collected data, we analyze the project’s feasibility, identify potential technical and organizational risks, and verify compliance with applicable standards and regulations. This is the stage where we validate the client’s assumptions and—if necessary—correct them before costly mistakes are made.

Solution Concept

We create an initial technological concept: the structural layout, main functional assumptions, and the materials and technologies to be used. The concept demonstrates how the problem will be solved, without yet entering into specific execution details.

Quotation

Based on the approved concept, we prepare a quotation covering the scope of work, schedule, and implementation costs. The pricing is based on realistic technological assumptions rather than “blind” estimates.

[STEP 6]

Design

We develop full project documentation: structural, technological, and assembly plans. The design takes into account quality requirements, load capacities, and the operating conditions of the installation in an industrial environment. This is a key stage that determines the precision and safety of the execution.

Production

We carry out the production of structures and equipment based on the approved design. Utilizing a modern machinery park and advanced welding and machining technologies, we ensure high precision and repeatability of execution. Every element is subject to quality control.

[STEP 8]

Assembly

We carry out the assembly of structures and equipment – both preliminary (workshop) and final on the client’s site. Assembly is performed while maintaining dimensional control and safety standards, which are particularly critical for large-scale projects.

Commissioning

After assembly is complete, we carry out the commissioning of the installation, functional tests, and verification of operational correctness. At this stage, we confirm that the installation meets the assumed technical and performance parameters.

[STEP 10]

After-Sales Support

We provide technical support following the commissioning of the installation: servicing, consulting, potential modifications, and operational assistance. We view project completion as the beginning of a long-term partnership, rather than a one-time assignment.
